Lavash envelopes with apples in a frying pan
The easiest way to prepare a delicious treat for tea is to use thin lavash as a base. And for the filling, take whatever your heart desires. Today I suggest using apples with lemon zest and cinnamon for the filling. Wrap the lavash into an envelope and fry until golden brown in a frying pan.
Apples perfectly complement the unleavened dough of lavash, so the envelopes turn out very tasty and aromatic. This simple dish is perfect for a snack or home tea party. It is better to take juicy apples with a slight sourness.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8 envelopes.
